Against the background of parents with problematic children, this study aims to determine the effect of parenting on children's behavior. Theoretical studies include the concept of parenting and problem behavior. The research method used is the quantitative method, using correlational analysis. The results indicate that parenting influences the formation of problematic behavior in children. Uninvolved parenting has the most considerable influence on the emergence of problematic behavior in children.
