Abstract


Technology communication and digitalization can give on lifestyle for student in using leisure time. Majority of student addict use technology communication 5.0. Actually, the student use the time free unsuitable with their time schedule, like use social media for looking for a couple. Besides that, they use the time free for hedonism culture attitude. Problem statement is the student have much time to use many applications for improve their education grad. The purpose of this research is to analyze how to do implementation the strategy informal education in English Department. Method collecting the data by using interview In- Depth on informant. Informant consist of five informants. 3 persons informant come from graduation English Department. 1 informant come from parent’s student and 1 person informant come from lecturer. Method choosing informant by using snowball. Analyze data by using qualitative research. Finding research is the management of using the leisure time inefficiency because they more interesting use time free for hedonism dan happiness act. For the student who implementation informal education can improve their quality education, like they teach the student SD, SMP and SMA by daring ang luring. They can use many applications like google met, zoom meeting, Microsoft Team dan WhatUpps. Conclusion is implementation informal education can improve production and quality pointer grad.
