Increased potential is highly dependent on the development and management carried out by managers, educators, and education staff. The purpose of the study was to determine the strategy for developing the management of the Santripreneur program in the Tahfidz Quran study group in increasing independence. The qualitative research was conducted at the Rumah Tahfidz Quran Al Hanan, and the Daarul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School, taken by purposive sampling as the research subject. Data was collected by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data is analyzed by classifiying it into units, and then categorized and interpreted. The ability development approach strategy can be used as an approach strategy in developing the entrepreneurial abilities of students in the Santripreneur program through developing the potential of individuals and institutions. The program management can be done through the development of learning people, tutors, managers, facilities, and funds, learning processes and learning outputs.
