Abstract

Since the epidemic in early 2020, all educational institutions have had to comply with the contactless criteria and operate online. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there are various restrictions in the execution, such as the design's immaturity and the students', organizers', tutors', and tutors' level of preparation. However, there are classes that were planned entirely online and started well before the outbreak. The purpose of this study is to conclude about the implementation of online courses and to discover extra value that can be applied to courses that go online. This study was undertaken at the Online Business School (SBO), an online training institution aimed primarily at young mothers and inexperienced online traders. The purpose of this study is to examine how learning is implemented. This study employs a case study approach with an analysis method of learning input, process, and output. According to the findings of this study, the additional value of online courses is the input, specifically students who have chosen courses from the start based on their needs, complete needs assessments, materials that are updated to reflect current challenges, and the community base that is the program's focus. The learning method is intended from the beginning to make use of the internet. Although the methodologies, approaches, and techniques are the same as the courses that have turned online, there have been advancements and enhancements due to the experience. As for the output, it produces skilled students with simple but easy-to-understand quantitative measuring tools, so that students can easily realize the improvement in their abilities and a desire to repurchase the course arises.
