Community Education program close relation with development Source Power Human (HR), one of them through education and training programs . growing education in the era of the digital industry 4.0 and faced with the Covid pandemic condition , requires Public to literate against development technology . Likewise with the training program developed by the Community Education Laboratory , for facilitate needs education through training with web -based software . This software development is one of them is answer the “ Learning Independent” approach , namely give freedom in choose eye train in accordance with interests and needs . Study this use approach qualitative method descriptive , accommodating inputs from the speakers to the conceptual model developed .
