Abstract

Utilization technology information and communication in learning already it's time need introduced and developed , especially with the support of the covid pandemic condition that puts technology forward as a solution for learning interactions. One of the concerns is the learning conditions for adults with a technological approach carried out by the Center for Community Learning Activities in Bandung City. Assumptions from researchers on the implementation of learning through technology during a pandemic will reduce their learning motivation, it is necessary to test it through simple linear regression statistics, with the assumption that the use of learning technology does not affect the learning motivation of adults. This study uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression testing with the help of SmartPLS Ver. 3.2.9. Respondents are non-school age learning residents, totaling 72 learning residents. The results showed that there was an effect of using learning technology on adult learning motivation. The supporting fact is the adult mastery of technology, either done alone or assisted by a companion. Some of the media used are Zoom, Google Meet and WhatsApp.
