Abstract


The implementation of digital marketing training programs carried out for entrepreneurs on tourism objects is an effort for Regency MSME Managers to improve digital and marketing competencies. ADDIE stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Technological challenges and demands for digital competence require MSME actors to adapt to marketing techniques that are not only done conventionally. The establishment of hotels or inns and the number of visitors are great opportunities for businesses to sell products digitally, because it will shorten the time for visitors to queue for shopping. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method approach. The results of the study indicate that the stages of the ADDIE model are used by managers in developing applicable and systematic training.
